Pastor Calvin’s Story

Hi, my name is Calvin Williams. I am a 1998 graduate of the Lighthouse Gospel Mission &Faith Home. Upon coming to the Lighthouse, I wanted a change in my life. I wanted God. This discipleship program changed my life. The curriculum and structure that is taught here allowed me to find my purpose and true identity in Christ.

I had a life of struggling with drugs and alcohol, and this ministry changed my life. Through allowing God to change my life, I was restored back to my marriage and family. I have been tremendously blessed with an affiliate church that I pastor, the Lighthouse Family Praise & Worship Center in Jackson, Mississippi. God has Blessed me with a very successful business that I have owned for the last 20 years.

I thank God for His Word, in Joel 2:25: And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. There is no other place on earth like The Lighthouse Gospel Mission And Faith Home.
