Lynch's Story

Hi, my name is Lynch Caise Emmanuel. I’m 38 years young. I have 4 beautiful kids: 8, 9, 16, 18 – 3 boys and 1 girl – that I love so dearly. Well…now I do, but before I did not! You see, I have been doing drugs for the last 18 years of my life. I was on a roller coaster ride of stealing, lying, leaving my family off and on, going to hotels to get high, and everything else that comes with that life. I was hurt and depressed, but I did not know why. I was an empty person.

November 29, 2020, I came to the Lighthouse Faith Home. There was a voice that told me to come here. Yes, the voice of God was calling me to come here to the Lighthouse. In the Faith Home, I had to renew my mind on everything that I thought that was right…but was so wrong. Here, I love again. I have so much joy in my life that I’ve never had before; so much peace has come into my life; it’s so amazing!  This place has taught me how to have a personal relationship with God.

It’s funny, when I came here, all I wanted to do was finish the process, graduate and go back to my life. But God had a whole different plan for me; so now today, I have to dwell in His house, and wait on Him. I’ll forever run after God’s heart.
